TO OUR LADY OF FATIMA CHAPEL

Downtown:  The Chapel (211 W. Third Street) is located in downtown Winston-Salem at the corner of Third Street and Cherry Street.

From Interstate By-Pass 40:  Take the PETERS CREEK PARKWAY exit and turn left on PETERS CREEK PARKWAY to the intersection of PETERS CREEK PARKWAY and SILAS CREEK. Turn right at the next light onto SILAS CREEK and proceed to the end of the Parkway. At the light at the end of the Parkway turn left onto S. MAIN ST. Later  S. MAIN ST. becomes OLD SALEM ROAD, and then becomes MAIN STREET (one-way).  Turn LEFT at THIRD STREET.  The Chapel is located at the end of THIRD STREET on the right hand corner of CHERRY STREET.
